• HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ON FILI BOUTIQUE?

Returns are free in Canada thanks to the Return Form to be completed and attached to your package.
Step 1: On the delivery note attached to your order, tick in the table, the item or items you want to return (if you want to return your entire order, simply check the box provided) and insert this document in your return package.
Step 2: Paste the Free Return form label on which all instructions are noted.
Step 3: Return your parcel by La Poste and do not forget to keep your proof of deposit, which you will have stamped by the post office, in order to follow the routing of your return.
– YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED OUTSIDE CANADA:
The return costs are your responsibility for the international.
Please attach to your parcel your Delivery Note, on which you have checked the items you return to us, then send us your parcel by post, as soon as possible to the following address:

We advise you to keep proof of this shipment in case of complaint. If it is a delivery error on our part or the receipt of a defective item, we will refund your return costs by check, within a maximum of 15 days, sent to your billing address. For that, thank you to join your proof of payment of the expenses of return to your parcel or to send it by mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org
• WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF RETURN?
You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return your package. Your Customer Service reminds you that any item must be returned to us in its original condition (product label included). Any damaged or incomplete product, can not be the object of a credit or a refund.
• HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND?
Once your return is received in our warehouses, a credit will be generated and automatically refunded.
This refund will be made by crediting your credit card or Paypal account, no later than 7 working days from the receipt of the products.
• IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM YOUR ORDER ON BOUTIQUE?
We are not able to offer the exchange of articles. If you want to exchange one or more item (s) of your order, you must first return the items concerned by your request and then make a new order.
